Last Door Recovery Society’s inpatient residential program helps individuals with drug, alcohol, video game and nicotine addiction.  Last Door’s clients are placed in age-specific groups of  14 to 18 years of age, 19 to 30, and 30 and older groups.

Last Door’s programs are designed to integrate with current patient's mental health team, compounding pharmacology, psychotherapy CBT, acupuncture, residential treatment, social model programming and long-term peer support integration. Last Door is an accredited licensed facility with over 35 years of experience.

Treatment includes Medical Detox & Stabilization accompanied by group therapy, recreation activities, medication management, lifestyle, and nutrition psycho-educational groups, continuing care groups and ongoing support after treatment. Treatment typically takes 4 to 6 months, workplace wellness contracts for 90 day treatment can be accommodated.

Last Door's Family Program is included in treatment, families can attend: Parents Group, Partners Group, and a 4 day Family Enhancement Program at Keystone Retreat

Last Door's Primary Care treatment programs are located in New Westminster BC, with a retreat facility located in Mission BC. Clients come from across North America for treatment in New Westminster.
