Provincial resource centre that provides mental health and substance use information, resources, help with system navigation, and peer support to children, youth and their families from across BC. Also provides resources to people with eating disorders of all ages. Offers a variety of online resources and mobile apps that can help to manage mental health concerns. Resources are available by phone, email, and online. Centre hours are 9:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
